Kimberley Smith is the Office Manager at Fortified Family Finance and has been an integral part of the firm's operations for more than 13 years. With a business school background she combines a passion for organization with a deep commitment to customer service.

Kimberley began her career working in administrative and management roles before joining the financial services industry, where she developed extensive experience in underwriting, operations and client processing. For over 13 years, she has overseen the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the firm running efficiently.

Today, Kimberley manages client records, oversees the firm's CRM system, coordinates with investment and insurance companies, assists with federal retirement and Thrift Savings Plan paperwork processing and keeps clients informed throughout every stage of their financial planning journey with Mark and Kaley. Her attention to detail and organizational expertise help ensure that every client receives timely, accurate, and personalized service.

Outside the office, Kimberley enjoys staying active through CrossFit, walking, and fitness. As a former competitive 4.5-level tennis player, she has always valued discipline and lifelong health. Above all, she treasures time with her husband, Mark, their three daughters, and eight grandchildren.

Kimberley and Mark are active members of their church, where they have spent years teaching together, including serving as seminary instructors. Their faith and commitment to serving others continue to shape both their personal lives and the way they care for the families they are privileged to serve.
