Helping Families Build and Manage Their Financial Future
For more than 25 years, I have helped individuals and families navigate important financial decisions. Whether preparing for retirement, guiding income planning, managing savings, or planning a lasting legacy, my purpose is simple: To help you make wise financial decisions with clarity.
Financial planning is about more than investments. It is about understanding what matters most, managing what you have built, and creating opportunities for future generations.
Experience with a Broader Purpose
I began my career in 2001, helping people understand their retirement benefits to prepare for their future. I have extensive experience serving federal employees and conducting retirement education seminars for government agencies across the country. Today, I also serve families, retirees, teachers, first responders, municipal employees, professionals, and business owners. Every client has unique priorities, which is why every strategy should be personal.
My Planning Philosophy
I believe financial planning should be educational—not confusing. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I want you to understand the reasoning behind each recommendation. My role is to listen, educate, guide, and coach so you remain informed and involved. Before recommending a strategy, I take time to understand your family, goals, concerns, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives. When you understand the “why” behind your plan, you can move forward with more clarity.
How I Serve Families
I help families make informed decisions by looking at the full financial picture. Together, we review income, retirement benefits, investments, investment-related taxes, healthcare needs, family priorities, and long-term goals. My role is to explain how each decision connects and create a coordinated strategy that adjusts as life changes.
Independent Advice. Education First. Relationships That Last.
As an independent financial professional, my responsibility is to place my clients’ interests first. Because I am not limited to one company or product, I can evaluate strategies based on your circumstances. Recommendations are designed around your needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe financial planning is a lifelong relationship, not a transaction. Many families have trusted me for decades, and I am honored to serve multiple generations.
Family Is Our Foundation
My wife, Kimberley, and I have been married since 1992. We have three daughters and eight grandchildren. Our faith, family, and relationships are the foundation of our lives and business. We believe in integrity, service, stewardship, and treating people with genuine care. Whether hiking, traveling, enjoying the Texas coast, or spending time with family, we value the memories we create. Those same values guide how we serve our clients.
Building for Future Generations
Our daughter, Kaley, joined the firm in 2023 and is being mentored to serve families with the same values, integrity, and education-first approach that have guided our practice for more than two decades. Our vision is to serve our clients, their children, and their grandchildren.
Committed to Lifelong Learning
Financial planning never stands still. I continually pursue education in retirement planning, investments, investment-related tax strategies, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, technology, and changing economic and geopolitical conditions. This helps me evaluate risks and opportunities and provide relevant guidance.
My Promise
My goal is not simply to help you retire. It is to help you make wise financial decisions, manage what you have built, and create a legacy that can potentially strengthen your family for generations.
